Walter Harrison took the hand of the Lord on Thursday, Sept. 22, 2016. He was born on June 10, 1933, in Wardy, Texas, to Johnny and Willie Lou Harrison. Service: 2 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 1, at Community Christian Church in Fort Worth. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters and one brother. Survivors: Walter is survived by his wife, LaJoyee; five daughters; four stepchildren; 25 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren; one sister; four brothers; extended family; and dear friends.
