FORT WORTH -- Nina Fay Newton, 85, passed away Sunday, Jan. 25, 2009. She was preceded in death by her parents, Justine and Alex Almgren; sisters, Ruth Eriksen, Mary Louise Mabry, Sigrid Kirby and Linda Fran; brother, Fred Almgren; and one nephew. Survivors: Her husband, James T. Newton; three stepchildren; numerous stepgrandchildren and stepgreat-grandchildren; sister, Lu Fish; and a number of nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.
