Mr Larry Mason Bowers-Jarvis

March 14, 1991 - October 1, 2010

Larry Mason Bowers Jarvis passed away on Friday, October 1, 2010 at the age of 19 years old. He was born on March 14, 1991 to Reynold Jarvis and Teri Bowers. Lovingly known as Mason he lived in Ft Worth until his early school years then he lived in Arlington, Texas with his devoted paternal grandmother Doris Jarvis. He was a student at Amos elementary, Workman Jr. High, Martin High School and he graduated from Venture High School in 2009. Mason was an active youth member of Arlington Baptist church where he was baptized and accepted Jesus Christ as his personal Lord and Savior. Mason enjoyed being a Boy Scout, going on mission trips and participating in youth camp activities. Mason once said if he could sing he would have been in the church choir. He worked well with young children who enjoyed being around him. Mason will be remembered for being well mannered, his charming good looks and that wonderful smile of his. He was a loving grandson, big brother, nephew, cousin, son and a good friend who will be missed by all. Mason was preceded in death by his paternal grandfather, Francisco Jarvis, and maternal grandfather Larry Bowers and an uncle, John Jarvis. His memory will be cherished by the following: Father Reynold (Tricia) ; mother Teri; sister Shelby McCloud; maternal grandparents, Anita and Bob Ehlers; aunts and uncles; Alford (Deborah), Romelee (Harold), Annette, Ermaine (Carlin), Earl (Sandra), Franciose, Kim (Steve), Lori, Sunny (Jason), his cousins; Chamerella, Audeline (George), Candice (Troy), Alastair (Wendy), Desmond, Sandra, Lauren (Harley), Monique, Ariana, Rennie, Mallory, Chase, Cadence, Crawford, Melanie, Rob, Clayton, girlfriend Melissa; devoted friend Margaret Lee; the many other family members, the Arlington Baptist church family, former co-workers at Ashwood Assisted Living, and all of the dear friends that were blessed to have been a part of his life.
